Sad ... who to blame? it's always a debate .. human error? or work of mother nature .. what do we learn, things happen in a twinkle of an eye .. a blink that's it, unexpected tragedy took place..
We live a life full of challenges.. every single day we face all type of obstacles.. never ending resolving them..
What we learn, give thanks for what we have, we received and stayed with us.. we never know what's next..

Such an advance country, yet happen such thing. As i know this is not the first case. It was surprise me.

the report come out.I believe isn't a terrorist attack.
